Here is a little something that I have been working on. I have seen so many cute things done with it. I have used cupcake liners but I have seen them done in ribbon, flowers, and tulle just to name a few. I am thinking of putting something together and hosting a workshop so you guys can also create your own little dress up masterpiece. Thanks for stopping in.
